Name: Konoha ANBU Detection Barrier
Description: A huge barrier set up by dozens of Jonin in Konoha; the Barrier is self sustaining and must be reset only every month by about forty to fifty Jonin of Barrier Ninjutsu specialty.
Effects: Anyone who enters the village will have their physical body signature and their chakra signature and nature scanned and marked for the entire time they're in the village. Detection can only be done when the individual uses chakra; otherwise they will just be added to a visitation log. Pinpoint accuracy and individual determination can only be done as stated when the individual performs a jutsu or any technique that uses chakra within Konoha's limits. Does not bind or restrict movement in any way merely provides information to the ANBU Black Ops Sensory division. The effects disappear when the individual leaves the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
Group Tied?: Konoha Shinobi of Chuunin rank can access this information from the Sensory Division upon request. Genin can acquire information on targets through RP if deemed necessary for security.
