The OOC market allows a user to change their character in a somewhat unrealistic way. Ryo is exchanged by merit totals. The best writing in missions, hunting, or robbing a village determines the "value" of your ryo here.

Character Refresh
Costs all of your ryo and can't have transferred or moved it suspiciously. As per the gamey nature of the purchase it requires the gamey currency. Insufficient ryo on a case-by-case basis of effort you're denied. You're able to reset your character's default elements, specialties, and stats arrangement. You lose all trained B, A, and S-rank jutsu in lost specialties. Lose trained stats.

Username/Title Change
Free on reason. Change your username or title.

Military Ration Pills
Free and usable once every calendar month. Requires committing to seriously fighting within 3 topics after purchasing. Akimichi get versions only they can use that are free.

You can only consume these once per topic. For the next 3 topics even if you're pursued to a nearby area you will start a topic with a full chakra pool and physical stamina. In addition, the topic where you consumed the pills will have half of your chakra pool restored at a point you choose. Paralyzed for a topic after 3 topics.

"Kote" Shinobi Gauntlet
Costs all of your current ryo and half of all future ryo for maintenance. Insufficient ryo on a case-by-case basis of effort you're denied. Only able to possess one and technology unable to be replicated. Once per topic, you use non-limited 3 C-rank versions of canon jutsu for a single post through unsealing jutsu from a wristband. The jutsu also cannot be body Kekkai Genkai/bloodlines.

Gifting

OOC shops are a little exception in characters helping each other with metagame. If this is abused for many important things to be shared it will be considered metagaming. Activity must be maintained for a while until things are usable, so dropping everything to someone to leave site isn't a thing.

Exchanging allows you to get rewards from GFX shops, or perhaps allow you to trade with those you're not friendly with IC. All trades done aren't acknowledged IC.
