Clan Name: Yamanaka Clan
Appearance: Most Yamanaka if not all have blonde hair.
History: The members of this clan specialize in mind-centred techniques which makes them experts at intelligence gathering, espionage and ultimately interrogation. Members of this clan are normally recruited into a sensory division due to their natural sensory capabilities. Techniques include transferring consciousness, reading minds and communicating telepathically. The flower symbol of this clan is the bush clover which symbolizes a "positive love". They were present during the Fourth Shinobi War, with Inoichi Yamanaka taking charge as one of the head sensory ninja, giving his life to help defeat the Juubi.
Ability Names: Mind control.
Ability Descriptions: The Hiden of the Yamanaka clan revolves around the use of mind based abilities. Specifically, conjuring ones will through chakra and directing it to an opponent. The base jutsu of the Yamanaka clan is known as the Mind Body Switch Technique and is the first clan jutsu any and all Yamanaka are taught usually, before opening the door to accessing stronger techniques. Not to be confused with a Kekkei Genkai, these techniques can be taught to anyone, though it is forbidden to do so outside of the clan.

Yamanaka Skills

• Access to the Yamanaka Clan Jutsu. All Yamanaka clan jutsu have a -1 level in speed applied after all buffs as noted slow in canon, and require people to be standing still or moving in a user's general direction. Taking control of a body without mind transfer requires the hand seal to be following a target's movement. Returning to the body is instant. If target chakra is not 1 level below the jutsu power only 1 non-lethal action can be undertaken by the mind controlling Yamanaka unless unresisting. The curse puppet works on contact and has the stats of the person who's in it. Being cursed by a puppet only lasts 3 posts. Those cursed by the puppet can share their thoughts. If trying to suicide with the puppet and disengaging at the last moment it's a comparison between Instinct stats. Only sensing can be used while mind transferred in any way, but if transferring to a living being the stats of the target can be used. Cloning one's mind has damage multiplied from the cloned bodies.

Clan Name: Nara Clan
Appearance: Nara clan members tend to have black hair tied in to ponytails.
History: The clan has kept a book with various medicine preparations and effects for generations, implying that they are skilled in the area of medicine and healing arts. Among the medicine described in this book are the secret pills used by the Akimichi clan. The Nara also have a special bond with the deer of the Nara Clan Forest, and only members of the clan are allowed inside without the deer attacking unless an outsider is given permission. Shikaku Nara played a key part in being the war advisor during the fourth ninja war, and after his death his son become advisor to the seventh hokage. Nara have always been at the helm of their respective village's intelligence cores.
Ability Names: Shadow control
Ability Descriptions: The Nara clan use Yin Release to bring shadows to life, capable of controlling a foe's movements, capturing, torturing and killing. The ability to manipulate the length, shape and size of the shadows allow this clan a great deal of versatility. Starting with the basic Shadow Imitation Technique or known through its older name as the Shadow Paralysis Jutsu is common for clansmen. This technique is the first a Nara clan member can learn and branches off in to the more versatile forms of jutsu usually.

Clan Name: Akimichi
Appearance: These clan members have all also been depicted with markings of sorts on their cheeks and most of them have been seen wearing plate armour, both with and without flak jackets. Akimichi clan members are usually on the heavier side [fat].
History:  Members of the clan possess great physical strength usually, and are able to quickly convert calories into chakra, which they then use in their various secret techniques. Most of these techniques rapidly consume the user's chakra during use, and maintaining them during a prolonged battle can be tiring. For this reason the Akimichi have high chakra levels usually, and eat a lot in order to build up or replenish their chakra reserves. As a tribute, members of the clan wear the kanji for "food" (食, shoku) on the their clothing. If standard calories aren't enough for a battle, Akimichi can use the clan's Three Coloured Pills to convert excess fat into chakra, at the cost of one's health. The Akimichi clan has a special relationship with the Nara and Yamanaka clan. For generations, members of these three families have formed "Ino–Shika–Chō" trios, named after the first part of the names of the members with the Akimichi members being the "Chō" in the trio. To strengthen the unity between the three clans, a member of the Sarutobi clan will give them special earrings to present to each generation head when they are promoted to chūnin after which they will swear their oaths. The earrings also symbolise that they are considered adults by their respective clans. Many Akimichi served as great protectors in the great ninja wars, Choza and Choji being two of the most famed.

Ability Descriptions: The Hiden of the Akimichi revolves around the use of Yang Release and stems from their larger sizes, manipulating this to the extreme the Akimichi clan are capable of expanding their sizes whether partially or fully to ginormous proportions. The base technique of the Akimichi is usually the Partial Expansion jutsu in which they expand an arm or a leg to increase their already large strength. This flows in to learning more techniques that have a variety of uses from the Expansion Jutsu to the Human Boulder Technique.

Unlike the other two clans, the Akimichi require a larger chakra capacity and the ability to fully convert calories to chakra, due to this any non-Akimichi who learns these techniques consume twice the amount of chakra when utilizing Akimichi clan jutsu.

• Akimichi are the only clan able to access increased reserves similar to Strength of a Hundred. The Three Coloured Pills are a S-rank item containing Calorie Control, while Calorie Control is also S-rank. Both means copy Strength of a Hundred seal but have double the topics required between uses and instead of forming the seal it's done by forming fat.

All Akimichi are on the larger side. Meaning one must have a fat/chubby appearance. Akimichi are generally born with Cho in their name, this does not need to happen though must be present within a middle name.
