Rule changes usually apply after topics unless people try to blatantly abuse. The narrative of canon is kept in mind for balance and usually non-negotiable once something needs updating. Significant evolving of the site's direction will allow character resets.

Changes are focused on improving the site and aren't reactionary. All site updates will be posted in this topic and linked on Discord to that post.

Hello everyone's here's our big changelist bringing up. Encourage folk to suggest and bring up event ideas! We'll implement an event next week or 2 that could incorporate.


Bijuu now get ranking up stat levels early instead of advantages and chakra mode has been buffed. Figure that 9 advantages are a bit odd. Sealing notes have been removed.

Konoha has been closed. Kirigakure and Sunagakure have been given bigger starting bonuses. Current characters can claim after RPing. Konoha's advantage in population allows it to conquer minor lands easier.

Canon clans have gotten some buffs. Senju only require 15,000 for their level boost now. Uchiha can get Mangekyou with 10,000 words using a NPC if wanted. It'd be nice to see some Mangekyou bunches! As an ongoing event Uchiha created before January 2020 are eligible for free Eternal Mangekyou after RPing for a month with natural Mangekyou that wasn't trained. This goes to the first that gets it! Finally, at tomoe 3 Sharingan Uchiha get a level up to the instinct stat that caps at elder.

Kage has opened up for Kirigakure in the form of a B-rank spot with a special perk and naturally the authority. In a way, Elders are still the Danzo. Chuunin is closed and instead new jounin spots have been added.

Starting influence for hiden and clanless has increased. Canon hiden word count reductions have been increased.

Limited Jutsu have had some limits~ removed. A 2nd limited jutsu is now available in another way.

Puppet and robotics prices have been decreased to encourage their interesting uses.

5 OPEN TOPICS at a time instead of 3 has been officially instated.

Update template has been updated to add WC pool fields for easier tracking.

Mini Update. Konoha's status has been changed from closed to restricted. You can only create an alt at Konoha if you have a registered character in another village and RP with that character.
