Name: Divine Adaptation Rank: A-Rank Range: Self Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: One of the reasons for the Kemptah's “limitless” potential comes from their ability to naturally adapt to any environment that they are exposed to. With this ability as time passes, the Kemptah will become accustom to fighting under the new environment with no problem, this accustoming allowing the Kemptah to train for a passive in battle that allows them to survive the environment they are under (D-rank environment being adapted instantly, C-rank in two posts, B-rank in 3 posts, etc by a 1 post count). (Ex. If fighting underwater the Kemptah is able to train for a new passive allowing them to breathe underwater longer.) This passive does not include man-made poisons as an environment but does include increases in gravity, however natural poisons can be adapted to as long as they do not kill the Kemptah within the time limit it takes them to adapt. The passives created from this jutsu can only be taijutsu based.

Name: Augmentation of Longevity Rank: D-Rank Range: Self Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: Rumors have it that the Kemptah's cells have actually adapted themselves enabling them to continue their search for their battlefield, this adaption being caused by their Relentless Sense. To begin the Kemptah were already ones who lived longer than others, capable of living about 100 years. But when their Relentless Sense started to influence their cells directly, the life expectancy has drastically increased by about 70 to 90 years. This has also caused the Kemptah to age slower, their physical appearance, once they reach 21, aging not every year but every 2 or 3 years, granting them quite youthful appearances despite their actual age.

Name: Battle Sense Rank: D-Rank Range: All Ranges Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: Coming from their sheer love of combat along with their fighting ability Kemptah have created a sixth sense for finding battles. Basically the Kemptah are capable of tracking and completely watching a fight as if they were there, but depending on how far the fight is away determines how vulnerable a Kemptah is doing this or not. If a battle is within their village then a Kemptah can watch the fight without doing anything, if a battle is within their land then a Kemptah must constantly have their eyes closed to watch the battle, if a battle is within another land then the Kemptah must remain perfectly still to watch the battle. While using this technique the Kemptah does suffer from a mental strain but depending on how far they are "seeing" varies the amount of strain. When watching battles within the same location a Kemptah receives D-rank mental damage every 10 posts, but upon the 10th post the mental damage is increased by one rank. Once the damage hits A-rank, the Kemptah will be knocked unconscious for 1 full topic, minimum of 10 posts. If this A-rank mental damage is done three times to the same battle or within the same topic, then the Kemptah will receive S-rank mental damage which can only be healed by S-rank medical ninjutsu that can heal mental damage. For watching battles within the same Land the Kemptah receives mental damage every 7 posts, while for outside Land Kemptah receives damage every 5 post.

Name: Relentless Sense Rank: D-Rank Range: Self Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: For the Kemptah who relentlessly seek out combat, they are born with larger amounts of energy, not chakra, than others, which allows them to continuously fight without worry of being slowed exhaustion. A Kemptah can fight for a total of 60 posts in which during that time period they suffer from half the fatigue loss as others, before they begin to suffer from full fatigue loss. This also carries over to the Kemptah being able to negate jutsus which lower tiers equal to their rank being used on them.

Name: Eye's of Battle Rank: D-Rank Range: Self Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu, Dojutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: The eyes of the Kemptah are drastically more advanced than other beings, not in the case of distance rather the Kemptah eyes are unable to miss the slightest changes that take place in their field of vision, granting them excellent dynamic vision. This does not make them capable of reacting to everything they see but they are capable of predicting anything as long as they can see it.

Name: Primal Adrenalin Rank: D-Rank Range: Self Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: Kemptah clan members have embraced their primal side and have begun to tap into the latent power which all humans possess. During battle a Kemptah clan member's adrenaline will steadily increase with them being able to stockpile this adrenaline and cycle it through their muscles for short bursts of strength, speed or health. Each post (total) they gain +1 to their Adrenaline limit. Every +1 can be converted into +1 rank of either strength, speed or endurance this adrenaline can be stockpiled over time for +2, +3, +4 etc. However it caps out at +50 to their adrenaline limit at academy student rank, at genin rank it caps out at +100, Chunin +200, Jonin + 300 and Kage at +450. Note the boosts cap out at S-rank stats and can be maintained for 5 posts at academy rank with every subsequent rank up adding +5 to that capping out at 25 posts at Elder/Kage rank.

Name: The Theory of Kem Rank: D-Rank Range: All Ranges Elements: Kem Energy Specialties: Kem Tech Hand Seals: N/A Description: Kem is a strange energy source, coming from the mental plane instead of that of Chakra. To acquire Kem, one must first possess the Kemptah bloodline or have their mind opened up to the mental realm, although this is usually incredibly dangerous. Once done, they can then learn to access and open their Kem Nodes from someone already capable of it, causing it to become a 25 posts(total) dual training topic to awaken the Kem Nodes and access Kem. If they do not have anyone to access the nodes with, they can instead train against someone else with the Kemptah bloodline for 40 Posts(total) or perform a 3000 word solo training to forcefully unlock the Kem Nodes. Unlike other reserves the amount of Kem a character can have is fixed and has no correlation with age only Rank. Kem similar to chakra is naturally replenished over a time period. In addition the link Kem shares with chakra is rather unique as if a Kem user runs out of chakra they are no longer able to utilize their Kem Tech in battle until they restore their chakra reserves this link however is not vice versa. Student: 12 C-ranks, 8 B-ranks, and then they are drained. If they use a technique exceeding the amount of ranked jutsu allocated to them even if the overall Kem facilitates said jutsu use, they pass out.
Genin: 13 C-ranks, 9 B-ranks, 7 A-ranks, then they are drained. If they use a technique exceeding the amount of ranked jutsu allocated to them even if the overall Kem facilitates said jutsu use, they pass out.

However for the Kemptah, who are born with highly advanced skills in combat, they are capable of gauging the power levels of others, through physical encounters. In the exact second the physical encounter occurs, the Kemptah is capable of learning the limits of the opponent’s physical prowess, causing the opponent to put all their highest stats, without buffs, in spoilers on their next post.

Name: Divine Opposition Rank: D-Rank Range: Self Elements: N/A Specialties: Taijutsu Hand Seals: N/A Description: To many the downside to the Kemptah is their chakra natures in which their secondary must be the weakness of their primary, and tertiary must be the weakness of their secondary. Even with this “weakness” the Kemptah are capable of perfectly fusing jutsus of opposing chakra natures without having them neutralize each other. With this as long as the Kemptah has the components of the fused jutsu then they are capable of solo training for it no matter what rank it happens to be as long as it falls under their the limit of jutsus they can learn. Concerning KG and KT elements which cannot naturally be obtained when it becomes time to gain a new element by performing a training topic for double word count of a KG or KT, the Kemptah can obtain it.

First technique is covered by information system so it's denied instead. Can't have any other metagaming means and can't have gamifiying things like making people needing to do spoilers. Second technique I don't understand, but again seems to be too OOC and trying to gamify by learning S-ranks sooner. Divine Adaptation needs more limits. I don't believe it'd be D-rank. Reactive Adaptation is too limitless. Most things are allowed on site in the balance of the Narutoverse. Longevity's approved. I'm kind of going to start banning it if I see every clan does it. Battle Sense is pretty much planetary metagaming and enhanced senses. Needs a different theme. These are all not D-rank and should be registered in clan or be S or A-rank. Relentless Sense can't have by post registrations as it's gamifying and inconsistent on sites. The last line doesn't match a D-rank or have much reason to negate all jutsu. Eyes of Battle can't predict anything and a dojutsu would need to be registered with the clan while matching it's theme. Primal Adrenaline stat boosts and advantages can't be registered numerically. Last technique just as a note for it and the clan can't have alternative energy source. It can be a ritualistic process to prevent people stealing clan jutsu, but can't be alternate energy like natural energy. There are other forms of chakra in filler but they're chakra-based I believe.~ |
